Privacy and cookie policy

This policy explains which personal data we collect through the website www.safety-id.cloud, why we do so and what rights you have. It is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Who processes your data

2. The contact form

If you write to us from the Contact page, we collect what you type in: surname, first name, email address, subject and message.

This data is forwarded by email to the company mailboxes of our sales and technical staff. It is not stored in any database of this website.

  • Purpose: to answer your enquiry.
  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Retention: the emails remain in our mailboxes for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it.
  • Is it mandatory? No field is required by law, but without it we cannot reply to you.

3. Data collected automatically while browsing

Like every website, our server records in its log files the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser type. These serve to run the site, diagnose faults and defend against attacks: this is our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use them to identify you.

4. Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising cookies.

4.1 Technical storage

To remember the choice you make on the banner we use a localStorage entry named safetyid_consenso_cookie. It is not technically a cookie, it stays on your device and is sent to nobody. Its only purpose is to avoid asking you again at every visit, so it does not itself require consent.

4.2 Statistics: Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-DDLP6M26PJ) to know how many people visit the site and which pages they read.

Analytics is loaded only if you agree. Until you press «Accept» on the banner, Google's script is not even downloaded and no measurement cookie is written to your device. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.

If you consent, the following cookies are written:

  • _ga — distinguishes visitors. Duration: 2 years.
  • _ga_DDLP6M26PJ — keeps the session state. Duration: 2 years.

We have enabled IP anonymisation, so the address is truncated before being stored. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

You may change your mind at any time using the «Cookie preferences» button at the bottom left of every page. If you withdraw consent, the cookies already written are deleted immediately.

4.3 Third-party services on some pages

Some pages load content hosted by third parties. When that happens, your IP address is necessarily disclosed to whoever hosts it:

  • Google Fonts (all pages): typefaces are downloaded from fonts.googleapis.com.
  • YouTube (home page): videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode through the youtube-nocookie.com domain, which writes no cookies until you start playback.
  • Google Maps (Contact page): the map is loaded from Google and may write its own cookies.

5. Who we share data with

Your data is neither sold nor given away. It may be processed on our behalf and on our instructions by the providers of the technical services we use: the server host, the email provider and Google for statistics only. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; where that happens, the transfer relies on European Commission adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

At any time you may ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before.

Write to info@dynamic-id.it: we reply within one month.

If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), with the supervisory authority of your own country, or bring the matter before a court.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change the way we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Please look back at it now and then.
